Please allow a minimum of two weeks for standard data requests to be processed. Larger or more complex requests, or those submitted during peak periods, may require additional time.

Note: The Office of Institutional Research follows the university’s academic calendar and is closed during all official breaks and holidays. These closures may affect the timeline for fulfilling your request.

No data provided by Institutional Research to faculty or staff should be loaded into an Artificial Intelligence (AI) source for further study without specific directions from the university. Doing so could potentially violate FERPA regulations, which safeguard the privacy of student education records. We will provide more detailed guidelines on this matter at a later date to ensure faculty and staff members are aware of the proper procedures to follow.
